bulgogi sauce
Korean bbq sauce
Ingredients: Soy sauce, Green onion root, organic sugar,
sesame oil, homemade maesil chung(Korean plum extract),
onion, garlic, ginger, apple, honey, Korean pear
DIRECTION:
1. Marinate 1lbs of meat in 1 to 1.5cups of Bulgogi sauce over night in refrigerator. (Bulgogi is typically made with paper thin sliced ribeye but you may use any types of meat).
2. Preheat pan in medium high heat, add the marinated meat and vegetables (such as sliced onion, carrot, mushroom, and green onion) and cook it until the meat and vegetables cook to your desired doneness.
3. Sprinkle sesame seed if desired and serve it.
For the best taste, keep refrigerated for two weeks or freeze it for later use.
