Pink Nabak Kimchi

Ingredients: Korean Radish, napa cabbage, red cabbage, pepper, green onion, beet, Korean pear, Korean plum syrup (maesil chung), garlic, ginger, bottled water

It’s a fresh clean tasting water kimchi, so Nabak kimchi doesn’t call for fish sauce. It’s Vegan Kimchi!! It is also very mild in spiciness so even the young children can enjoy the goodness of kimchi. It pairs well with greasy food, grilled meat and grilled fish because of the refreshing broth and the crispy texture of vegetables. Drink it after the meal to help with digestion.

GUT JOLLY KIMCHI
(SUMMER NAPA cabbage kimchi)

Unlike common cabbage kimchi, Geotjeori is fresh Kimchi. You can eat it as as it is made, or you can wait until it gets more fermented. It is a fresher and crunchier Kimchi. Kimchi will start to ferment from day one. The taste will get more savory and sourer as the days go on. If you like a crunchy fresh taste, we recommend keeping it refrigerated and eating it within 2 weeks. But if you prefer a more sour taste, wait until it gets more fermented. Just make sure to burp the jar every three days when the jar is full. Geotjeori is rich in fiber. It contains vitamin A, thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), vitamin C, calcium, and iron. *There are over 200 healthy probiotics in kimchi. Probiotic pills only have 5 strains. Kombucha has only 1/2 maybe 3.
